Highly efficient app with great tools to transfer tracking number paypal + speedy customer service replies!
This app is not only essential to every dropshopping e-commerce company, but really anyone processing payments through Paypal. They have an incredible seamless service that automates the process between shopify and paypal to ensure all the order statuses/tracking numbers get immediately updated to Paypal to ensure your business stays in good positive standing with paypal. There customer service team is also stellar, and ready and willing to immediately help solve any issue you may have with the app and its functionality. Thanks TrackiPal!

Using it since 1 year. installed it once and never opened it again. Trackipal is working very well.
Just downloaded this app and am already impressed. I use Paypal as my payment processor, Shopify as my carting software & Pirate Ship for shipping! I just realized that Paypal will restrict funds now that I don't ship in Paypal, and I didn't want to hand key tracking numbers into Paypal (defeats the purpose of using shipping software!) So now TrackiPal imports the tracking numbers for me, and I was able to have it update past orders in mass. I had a bit of trouble getting it set up, and received immediate and specific help via chat from a live human! I appreciate the live chat support that is not a generic bot! So worth the monthly fee for me.

I had an issue and chatted with them. Within minutes Nattea responded and we quickly chatted through my issue. Have been using this app since Feb 2022 and had great success with it freeing up funds from PayPal by automatically sharing the tracking information to PayPal. I highly recommend if PayPal is holding your funds until you enter tracking information for order shipments!

The Support is very fast and good! The App is installed and set up very fast and easy. I can recommend it!
