Hello,
Thank you for your feedback, we have been trying to reach out to you for the past few days by all means to understand the issue.
All orders that are fulfilled and have tracking numbers are synced to PayPal, and they present 10% of your orders. The rest of the orders are either paid using another method that is not PayPal or not fulfilled.
