Trackr: Order Tracking UpSell

Useful tracking app, very responsive and helpful support. Had some questions with carriers matching, issue was solved the same day. Possibility to show products on tracking page. Thanks a lot!

First impressions of this app are VERY good, and it supports most of the smaller national postal services too. The layout needed some light css-tweaking on our part to make it fit better in our site, but this is done easily thanks to unique classes.

First time you track a package you need to refresh the page once. I was thinking that the notification to do this could be just a bit more highlighted, because it is a pretty imperative part of the general usability.

All the texts are easy to modify. Another wish for improvement would be to include a wysiwyg-editor to the general description to allow more styling when writing longer texts.

I have just signed up for the yearly plan but am in trial stage. The App was set up quickly even though I found the dashboard a bit cumbersome. After chatting with support by email I have discovered there is no management dashboard where I can see all orders and their status. This is a real issue for me and I can bot believe that a paid app does not have this. I am not sure how the app will work and how customers will get their notifications etc. I might have to uninstal but will see how it goes for now

I would highly recommend this app. I tried and struggled with another tracking app. and eventually gave up and then installed Trackr. It is a brilliant app. that works fantastically. The backup service is brilliant and all my questions and inquiries where answered quickly and efficiently. I am very happy. Thank you.

Great app

Like the app design and concept but felt that it could be better if the tracking provided images of our shipped products for a much better customer visualization and experience.

Would be even more perfect if the email template could be customisable such that we could include our shop logo in email notifications as well as auto-inclusion of shipped product images and perhaps a test email function so we could see how customers would receive our emails.
