Excellent app. It provides the necessary delivery information to satisfy buyers, and the features are amazing and graphic.

We had constant order issues with orders not tracking properly. It was also extremely slow, overall we had to move over to another platform because the experience for our customers wasn't great.

The usability of this app is amazing! So far we have had very minimal issues, and the issues I have had, the staff have been SUPER helpful! 100% recommend to use Tracktor!!

It was great customer experience and Abby S. who helped me out was very kind and responsive too. Really great customer service from here and i really do appreciate they were able to work with me on my tracking page. 10/10 experience

App was not tracking all our orders. We shipped over 200 orders and it only had 24 in its system.

Does exactly what I need and more. Pricing is reasonable compared to a few others I checked

- Simple easy to use order status page that customers can self serve and view their shipment details. I was also able to integrate the order status link in the fulfilment email which goes to customers.

- Fulfillments and status page lets us quickly glance through and see if any orders haven't been delivered. A good way to check for follow ups and escalations with the delivery partner

- Mission control also gives a nice view of average delivery speed and where there have been exceptions

My sales are very slow for the moment at Retail Galore Store Shop, BUT, I can say that the Tracktor app is working beautifully and is my top choice for order tracking. It has a very attractive, beautiful appearance on my site and works really well! Customers are very happy with it as am I.

THIS COMPANY DIDN'T HONOR LEGACY PLAN FOR FOUNDER SUCH SHAMEFULL PRATICE! Stay away, they billing model charge you per month + per order. So you will have tons of usages fees on your monthly statement.

We have always honored any legacy billing for all merchants.

For our current plans which offer more flexibility, there is a per order charge. Shopify billing practices are to process usage charges every 24 hours and individually list charges on the invoice. Your monthly Shopify invoice will include one total usage charge and a subscription fee.
