Tracktor Order Tracking

I've been using this app for nearly 4 years now and still hasn't failed me. I always get a quick response from support and the app is easy to use.

Haven't started tracking packages yet, but the free service to configure the app is great. Put in a request yesterday and app is already configured to my needs this morning. Great customer service!

Super cool! I use Tracktor for my wholesale site, where all orders are made by hand, to order. It's super nifty to add my own statuses (like "fabric is being cut") and send retail stores the link so they can track their orders as they're being made. Super easy setup.

I am at a loss for words - because I have been looking for an app like this for 1.5 months! After trying app after app, wasting money and just "ok" support - this app and support completely blew my mind!

As a dropshipper, I needed support for multiple carriers, and needed to control the information that appears to better my customer experience. It is almost like this app was built FOR dropshippers, because they offer everything I didn't even know I needed.

The support (Matt) is exceptional - willing to help with anything you need and proactively offering solutions and adjustments to ensure the app is a PERFECT fit for you. It was fairly easy to install and covers the carriers which are missing from Shopify. Happy with this app so far.
