Shoppad is legendary and the support is unmatched. I use a handful of apps that they developed and they work flawlessly. tells your customer exactly where an item is being shipped from (just address) all the way to their address and shows them where the item is throughout its path

The tracking for me doesn't work properly. There is no automatic carrier mapping available so for each order where the tracking is not working, i have to contact the support to change the mapping manually. It's a considerable waste of time and I also have to answer emails from customers asking where their packages are. I don't understand why they can't solve this problem.

The app is really great and you can be sure to get a fantastic support eventhough you run on the free version. Cheers
