I downloaded the app in order to facilitate our translation process. I am still in the trial phase and though I faced a slight glitch I was really surprised and happy by the great customer service and rapidity. First I had problems with the installation of the application, but I contacted them and they were very helpful, they did not rest until they got my store working as I expected. I'm starting my trial period and I think I'm going to stay with them. Great service, I highly recommend them.
