I installed this for my newly launched project and everything about this app is amazing! I'll start with the very clean and intuitive design, the rich features and lastly the awesome support. I had some difficulties configuring a few market and language settings on my end to get this running (this being my first Shopify experience) and Charlotte was very helpful (thanks!). I'll definitely use this moving forward! 5 stars!

Honestly? It is pretty chaotic. Yesterday I had one help person who completely messed up the languages on our second shop - though I had specified extremely clearly (twice!) what was needed. Today, someone has simply renamed our theme without letting us know, while they try to fix a bug. They don't seem to understand version control and the importance of informing the shop owner about something as basic as renaming a theme. They also have a habit, when something has clearly gone wrong, of saying that it was someone else at Transcy, not them. So i guess they don't brief each other on a job, or do a clear hand-over if someone else comes in on a new shift halfway through a job? On one help request, it seems you can easily end up with three different people and there is a lot of starting from scratch to explain the issue each time. Finally, they push and push endlessly to ask for a review. I was even asked, "Why don't you have time to write a review for us?" It's not very professional. As I say, the overall impression is that it's pretty chaotic on the help side.

I am using this App for my online B2B shop and the handling and use is very easy and quick. Automated translations can be edited easily. With this app it was possible for me to install a second language to my store within not even two hours. The support is excellent - even at the weekend I was welcomed by Molly first and guided through the first steps, then Amber took over and helped me with difficulties concerning the installation. She even assisted with editing the code with a developer - I am really impressed of the support! I can recommend the App very warmly!

Fairly useful application. Good technology. A bit scammy the way they pretend they are hellbent on increasing your website speed when this has slowed my website like no other app before it. Customer service was intelligent and thorough. A bit too personable for me, but I would boil that down to a matter of taste. Certainly the better imbalance relative to hostility. Fairly enjoyable troubleshooting experience overall. The translations were very good. All in all I would recommend this app to people that want an all in one solution to their language and currency qualms. I would not recommend this app to someone whose risk and reward ratio does not tilt in the favor of sacrificing website speed. Depends on the person. Should be fine for most. 4/5

For the page speed issue, the more third party apps you use, the slow page speed your store is, from our app after installing our app, it will not affect much your page speed, because we need the page loading a little bit to translate your page, meanwhile we have note your point to improve our app in the right way
