I’ve been using this app for at least 3 years. I’m a heavy user, translating my store into one language only. It’s not perfect—I can’t give it 5 stars yet because errors appear frequently, even in places that were working fine before. So you always need to keep an eye on everything.

When you run a professional and complex website, it can get frustrating and time-consuming. And now that the chat starts with a bot, it requires even more patience—getting in touch with a real agent may take more effort than it used to.

That said, the app has definitely improved over the years, and there’s a truly dedicated and efficient team behind it. Tonight, Shawn was amazing. That’s the reason I’m still sticking with them. Overall, the value for money is excellent.

If your site has a lot of products and branching logic, this may not be the most suitable app—though to be honest, I haven’t found anything better so far. I genuinely hope I’ll be able to give it 5 stars at some point.

I have been using this app for more than a year. Although the subscription price has increased, human customer support has been replaced by AI, and the quality of support has continued to decline.

I could tolerate minor issues, but in the past few days the app has become completely unusable. All previously translated content now shows as “untranslated.” Even after re-translating everything, some translations randomly appear incomplete. Moreover, even after re-translating, the page still shows the translation status as untranslated, and the content appears completely messed up.

This issue has already persisted for several days. The only response from support has been to wait for the engineers to fix it, but there is no estimated timeline for when the issue will actually be resolved.

This has seriously affected the normal operation of my store. Once I find an alternative solution, I will cancel my subscription.

Regarding the point about AI replacing human support, I’d like to clarify that our human support team has not been replaced. When starting a new chat, you may first interact with our AI assistant as an initial support layer to help handle common questions more quickly. Whenever the AI cannot resolve an issue, the conversation is escalated to a human support specialist who will continue assisting you. That said, we fully understand the AI still has limitations and we’re continuously working to improve it.

We also noticed that one of our team members is already assisting you via email/chat. Please feel free to continue working with them and let us know if you need any further support. We truly appreciate your patience while our team investigates the issue.

Trancy is a very useful app and does provide a lot of functionality. It is helpful for our international business.

Big shout out to Eleanor for being a great sport and resolving some issues we were having on the compatibility side recently. She diagnosed and solved the problem quickly.

I think the app does mostly well and customer support is quite goal orientated but we had some bugs to fix which really took a day..
Except for the bugs I would recommend it and also the kind lady from the support!

no he tenido buena experiencia, da errores, la geolocalizacion no funciona correctamente, satura el servidor con un loop infinito de recargas y finalmente deja tu pagina fuera de linea, tiene muchos fallos, el precio es muy elevado para una aplicacion asi

Anfangs etwas unübersichtlich, aber wenn man die richtigen Ordner gefunden hat, hats funktioniert. Und wenn es bei mir mal nicht direkt funktioniert hat, konnte mir der service chat direkt helfen.

App non male. Le traduzioni son comunque da controllare perche a volte son sbagliate, ma sono una buona base di partenza. Abbastanza veloce ed intuitivo. Assistenza mi ha aiutato velocemente quando ho avuto bisogno.
Molte funzionalità sono a pagamento extra, o ti chiedono di aderire a piano piu costoso. Alla lunga forse un po caro. Bo e Cris dell'assistenza sono stati gentili e efficienti!
