First of all they say that you can use them free for 14 days, this is not true! I installed and uninstalled the app the same day on Oct 7, today on Oct 13, 9,90 USD is charged on my credit card, how is this possible?! I installed the app and needed some help with the translation, so I gave Andy, a person of their support team acces to my shop. He was "working" in my shop I think for about an hour and the only thing he did was make things worse. I wanted to translate the default of my shop from English to Netherlands but Shopify doesn't translate all of the data automatically. So I myself still needed to translate the default shop on 17 places. After he worked in it, he made it worse and now I have to translate the shop in more than 200 places instead of 17!! So I immediately deleted the app again, still they charged me money! I would like to receive a return of my payment.

I have checked your case and seen that:

1. Our app is offering 7 trial days for any paid plan, we have stated this information on Shopify, in case you have any trouble with your app charge, please contact our support, we're willing to help and give you a solution later on.

2. For your main issue when you changed your default language between English and Dutch and you had to translate 200 missing field instead of 17 missing field, my colleague has followed up your case via your email, please let them know if you need further support

There was some issue with the translation when using the app. When contacting customer service, they instantly answered and came up with a solution for the problem. Great communication and very helpful!

Terrible experience, the application leaves too many objects or words untranslated, and the manual translation does not work or works poorly, adds unwanted labels to the translations. The worst thing is that when you uninstall the application, the damage is done.

The app has a user friendly frontend. Great agents supports. Unfortunately the app does not let you chose what pages do you want to translate when you are in the onboarding process.

Regarding to your concern, for making it clear that on boarding process, our app will let users choose sections or pages they want to translate, so I am wondering you accidentally selected all pages to translate.

UPDATE: According to the support the app doesn't support Shopify template pages, neither page template nor product templates. So for us it is not useful. This app is one of the worst I have come across on Shopify. Terribly buggy and slow. Support is overseas with very limited English proficiency. Unfortunately just a big waste of time and money.

Regarding to your issues as following:

- Glad to inform that the content from page built by theme setting (online store 2.0) is now automatically synced to our app, you not only translate it but also edit it manually, please kindly check it again.

- For the limit of English proficiency from my agent, I personally talked directly to them and have a proper training after that. Also please believe me that single conversation does not reflect the whole support and product quality we have built for years, and I highly appreciate your understanding in this situation.

- About the loading speed, you please confirm our app is loading slowly on your front end (website) or back end (in-app). For making it clear, if it happened on frond end, the button to switch the language called switcher will show around 2 or 3 secondes after your website is fully loaded. If it happended on back end, it depends on how many pages as well as languages you're translating, it means the more pages or languages you have, the slow loading speed it should be.

As I have seen that my colleague has sent you follow-up emails, please let them know if you need further support.

App muito bom, atende muito bem as necessidades, funcionalidades completas e com design muito atraente, entretanto o principal destaque é o atendimento de ponta, que está sempre disposto a lhe atender da melhor maneira independente do horário, eu particularmente fui super bem atendido pela Jennifer e Charlotte. I am grateful for the live chat help and I am please with the app performance. I would only suggest a 6 month free trial for new stores so we can really see the value added and be more established before taking on an extra monthly cost.

I finally chose not to translate my store into other languages and deleted the app. It was a hard time finding and deleting the leftover code. Anyways, the support reached out to me really quickly and figures all things out eventually.

As usual, after you uninstalled the app, our code will be removed as well, there will be no change affect to your site. However, sometimes, there will have some lines of code leftover on your site for some reasons, but no worries, you can remove it by yourself with some simple steps via our instruction article.
