- In relation to your issue, refusing access in app because of new pricing plan was already informed via email and Transcy dashboard since March 2023 and this was valid starting on June 2023, so to manage app, you need to approve the new pricing plan. However, although you cannot access in app to manage, the app function will be working as it should be

The app is nice and is maybe one of the best translation apps. However I have experienced quite a few bugs. The support is responsive, but more than once, while trying to fix something, they have overwritten my custom translations without notice, so be careful, when you give them access. When asked not to do so, everything is fine. My biggest issue with Transcy is, that they changed something and without notice my prices has started to convert, although I disabled the feature. This conflicted with another app, that I use for price conversion and the website became unusable. I had to stop my adds and sales got to zero, because prices were displayed 100 times more expensive than the product actually costs. When I contacted the support about it, they told me, they have holiday and I have to wait a week to get this fixed!

In relation to your issues as following:
- For the first issue regarding to overwritten translation, it's because when you enable our 3rd translation feature, that option will be automatically translated overriding the translation of the Live Product Options app. Since you have disabled the 3rd translation feature, it shows its original content as it should be. In case although you turn off it, it still overrides, we need to add the code "no translate" to prevent its automatic translation
- For the currency issue, based on the fundamental investigation, it's due to the conflict between two currency apps running simultaneously
- Finally because we're on Liberation Day (April 30) and International Workers' Day (May 1) with limited resource, so maybe the response will be slower than normal day. We have seen that one of our colleagues is reaching out you, please check your email and let him know if you need further support

Regarding to your concern, please let me make it clear you got the app charge although you no longer use the app, it's because you did not uninstall the app, so after your account is unfrozen, your account will be automatically resumed based on Shopify's rule
