I have installed the app today and started extensively testing - had to contact support as we have a lot of custom code and also I did not read the knowledge base. Alene from support support was absolutley amazing and walked me through all the steps and helped me fix all issues. I will update the review once we finish translating the entire website.

General things about the app is fine however if some features is added it would be great.
Most critical one is: Ability to automatically translate or change the photos or videos in product descriptions.

Bugs, bugs, bugs 2-3 bugs per week, they have very fast customer service actually but i need to keep an eye on this app every day so that it doesnt destroy our company, there was a bug where it was duplicating the price digits from 98 to 9998 and made zero sales on that day trying to figure out what was going on... turns out that Transcy had ANOTHER one bug...

- For the duplicating price digits, please be advised that this issue is coming from other app which conflicts with Shopify's currency format. After that, we have corrected its format for you and it's now showing properly. For other related issues, they're fixed as well, please kindly check it again

seriously, the app is really hard to use, I want the currency show only two decimals but I cannot, only can edit one by one manually which takes forever, I asked customer service they said they cannot help either. Now the default USD currency suddenly showing 3 decimals and I cannot edit either.The translation is also very bad

- For AI translation, it's a known issue that we are using an AI Translation System including Google, so sometimes quality will not meet customer's expectation due to specific language/context/situation/business industry. However, we guarantee that the system is being upgraded frequently, and the quality keeps improving when time goes
- We have definitely noted your point that you're unable to edit many currencies at once. Also for the issue regarding to USD as default currency, we still can help you edit it with 2 decimals
- We have seen that one of my colleagues has reached out you via email, please consider to reinstall the app and let us have a chance to support your case with the highest priority.
