I needed the dropdown menu to be integrated into the header of my webshop only showing the language flag. Within minutes I was helped by Polaris from support. I mentioned the look and feel and after 20 minutes it was already working in my shop. Had to give her 5 stars for the swift help she gave me.

I had an issue with a sentence that had been removed in my main language but was still visible in certain other languages. I contacted customer service about this, and they helped me quickly and efficiently. The problem was resolved the same day.

Still trying to figure out all the functions. So far, I can see that this app offers more than most other apps do. The biggest advantage is that they have a live chat. Andy from customer support helped us a lot so far.
