The app is great, but Harwin at support is even better. Can absolutely recommend this app for everyone! And make sure to ask for Harwin if you need help with setup.

Shen was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Language translation seems great - we are just setting this up. Can't fault the customer service.
We used Transcy to translate our shop pages to German. Translation was super easy and actually pretty good, particularly in complete sentences and longer paragraphs. Switcher settings can easily be customised. Had some issues with new market set-ups in Shopify and language display which was due to recent changes in the Shopify backend, but got great support from Jennifer to solve it.
