Helpful app for our non English users and support have been very accommodating when needed. The fact that the app changes currency as well as language is ideal for international selling. Some auto-translates are slightly off between some languages but that can be rectified in app.

Great app overall. I appreciate customer service through the chat, every technical problem was solved so far. Downsides: Automated French translation needs improvement to be completely accurate and fluent. I have to do adjustments and corrections manually which is time consuming and sometimes frustrating. I would still recommend the app as the value for money is good.

Incredible translation and easy to use! The best part is the staff, they are all incredible, especially Jennifer and Tony, they are always helping out with even the smallest of questions. I translated my site into two languages (that I speak fluently) and the translation was near perfect, never seen anything like it! Customer support is great, helped me setting up the app and resolving all the bugs! Also the translation quality is better than another app I used and it was way easier and faster to translate everything. I still need to evaluate how this app will affect my conversion rate
