The app allows you to translate most of the website's front end elements without a problem. They also offer auto-translation, which is useful. The customer service is responsive and helpful. Translation quality is good (English to French).

Transcy - Translate Language and Convert Currency
I use this app to translate my online store. Works well and great customer service when required! Only downside is that it's not working on all Shopify apps you add on which is very limiting when you need your store to be available in multiple languages.

Transcy - Translate Language and Convert Currency
I really like this app. It is so easy to use. The only think it's missing is the possibility to change the translation from third party apps. Right now it automatically translate from your own language to the selected language with no possibility to make changes to the translation. Sometimes you have to make changes to the translation, so it sounds right and grammatical is correct. So I really hope this will be something that soon will be available :)

Transcy is a very good Tool. It would be great if we would be able to translate the text or the customs pages. Right now i only can translate the landing page and the title of customs pages.

Very helpful!
Love the fact that you can have a small plan for free (having 2 languages is very important for me, but I don't have the budget of a big enterprise). The only thing is that the system is a little slow (it doesn't seem to slow down my shop - it's actually slow when I need to translate my stuff...). But otherwise, the support staff is super efficent and quite sweet.
