First of all the service of the staff is extremely helpful. As somebody that is not too technical the service of the team has been brilliant. Its well worth the subscription as this simple language convertor subscription can lead to loads more sales. I encourage everybody to give this a go. Remember the world is a big and diverse place .

Shopify allows 5 target langua/store.Can pay 4 more words but not lang. until $69 plan-then 5 langua

Regarding to your concern, as I have checked it my colleague as Lynn cleared up your queries. For making it clear, 5 languages are the limitation for Shopify normal Paid plans. If you’re a Shopify Plus merchant, then you can translate your store into 20 languages. More details can be found in this link https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/cross-border/multilingual-online-store
Another concern, you're in Free plan, you can buy more words to translate without upgrading your plan. For more detail about our pricing plan, please refer to this article https://support.fireapps.io/en/article/which-plans-are-we-offering-in-transcy-app-ufcc1f/
