Excellent app, and the customer service is what I loved the most, they talk to you first asking if you need help and then they spend 2-3 hours talking to you until you have it all sorted out.

I tried other apps to translate my website, such as Translation lab, however no app was able to translate my complete website (envy theme) and had no customer service when I was stuck. In the end Transcy was the perfect solution, in addition the quick support of Jane and the developers I was able to translate my complete website in no time, and felt supported throughout the complete process.
