I have many international customers, now I can engage with them in their native language. Why make them use my language?

I'm the eshop owner and I can just say: I can really recommend the Transcy App. Why? The App is really practical and intuitive and.. they have really I'm the owner of the e-shop and we are using Transcy App. The app is really practical and intuitive - but what is main for me - THEY HAVE REALLY FAST, HIGH-QUALITY AND PROCUSTOMERS SUPPORT SERVICE.
Why I'm writing it in capitals? Because this is what we need when we have some unexpected technical problem with combination of some technical aspects..my problem wasn't standard daily task but it was solved in few minutes after my message (by their technicians) - and with great feedback and communication from Transcy support.
