Amazing App and even better support.

I have never left a review before on an App but with Transcy I have to.

I have been planning to translate our website for a long time and researched every app before doing so, I tried a few before trying transcy and the others were just not very easy to use or didn't have the full features that transcy does for editing.

For anyone looking for a translation app for their store and are unsure what to choose Transcy is the one.

I am so unsatisfied with that app it's unbelievable! Bugs everywhere, not syncing and and and. I am not getting how 5000 people gave 5 stars when it should be 0.
I am already searching for an alternative because that app is horrible!
There is literally a bug everywhere! There is no AI behind it because the translations to German is worse than a 3 year old kid could do it.
I've contacted the support now 100 times the last year and the bugs showing up again and again. There is always a

- In relation to AI translation, it's a known issue that we are using an AI Translation System including Google, so sometimes quality will not meet customer's expectation due to specific language/context/situation/business industry. I like the app and how the translations are generated. AI does some funny translations sometimes but glad we have an option to edited. The customer service is very prompt. Thank you Bo for directing me through the setup. I did not have to wait not even a minute and he had a well set steps to find what I was looking for. Thank you.
