I had an issue with my Arabic interface, and it was solved in few minutes with the support team. Their support team is available all the time and helpful.

It would be nice if the currency section allows custom prices as well as automatic exchanges. So that one can enter custom prices for different markets. This would especially be useful if the store offers worldwide free shipping.

Regarding to your concerns, at the moment, you cannot set or edit the currency conversions (Exchange rates) in Transcy by yourself because we get all data of the Exchange rate directly from European Central Bank system. Also with this new update, we're so happy to bring a brand-new function is Auto Switch Currency based on visitor's location.

Great support! Works very well for the price. Fanny and Liz were very helpful setting me up. Only downside is that you need the top package to replace your logo.

Just installed it and seems to be working great. The problem is that it can translate no more than 1000 listings, which is a problem. The support was great and helped me to set it up in no time.

Per our testing and research, 1000 products is big enough for almost 98% stores meanwhile keeping store performance in good state. More than that, customer's store will be unstable, slow loading, etc. Meanwhile our Dev team is aware of it, working on this limitation, and trying to increase the number for future update.

It makes translating your store page easy.
Although we ran into an issue, because the app gets in some cases confused with some elements and tries to translate two elements as one resulting in problems, we got extremely fast and great support!

Overall the app could be more intuitive about the overlaps with Shopify's translated stuff
