serenaa and harry offer extremely good service. from translation to currency. all best. I like the app. very well and convenient.
This solution does not have an option to translate more than 1000 products in their most advanced ricing plan. I have tried to reach out numerous times to the support department but never got a response. It is very hard to get support from this vendor. I do not recommend this solution.

In relation to your issues as following:
1. About the 1000-product translation limit: we are well aware about that drawback and our team is working hard to raise the limit within this year. On advanced language, 1000 products’ translation can be manually managed, the rest can still be auto-translated using third-party translation
2. Secondly, as we have checked on the conversation history, we have not received any conversation from your email support@evplug.eu, or any message from your store ev-plug-europa.myshopify.com via live chat. Is there any chance that you had contacted at the wrong email address?
3. We have seen that one of our colleagues is following your case via your email support@evplug.eu, he gave you a clear explanation as well as solutions for your case, please kindly check and let him know if you need further support.

installed but the support has been terrible so many issues and they are being so casual about fixing it meanwhile driving traffic they simply dont care about their clients
