Shopify Translate & Adapt

Still waiting for the ability to manage product images, edit image url (wihtout changing image), edit ALT-text and so on. These are basic features in an international e-commerce that should have been in place several years ago. Furthermore, it means more images need to be uploaded to their servers while all you really needed was the ablity to change the uri and the alt text.

Sorting or filtering among products could use a bit of improvment.

Such a great app, but been waiting eagerly for more than just 2 translations, when will this happen? would be happy to pay a subscription for more as don't want to have to install another app. Please, please update with ability to add more than just 2! Thank you.

I really appreciate this app—it’s very helpful. It automatically translates one language, and I handle the other languages manually.

However, when using Translate & Adapt to manually translate the “Online Store → Pages → STORE GUIDE” section, I am trying to align some text to the left, but some strings appear centered or left-aligned outside the valid width range.

Out of the five languages I am translating (Japanese, French, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese), two languages (Traditional Chinese and Korean) are displaying incorrectly in the preview. I have checked again today (compared to yesterday), and the issue persists.

Could you please advise how to resolve this?

we need more languages for auto translation, please help to increase amount of languages, at least 5 languages for auto translation is ok.

I was translating from English to Spanish and German. In the most part, in normal word translating the app worked fine. But if there was any kind of command within a bracket [ ] then the app translated the command and then the command did not work, but showed the actual translated word instead. Unfortunately, to change all the translated commands back to English is going to take for ever, so I´m going to have to find an alternative.

On pourrait améliorer l'ergonomie de la recherche des traductions réalisées ou pas.

Ce serait bien d'améliorer l'ergonomie de la recherche de produit.

Et que l'on puisse voir clairement ce qui est automatiquement traduit ou pas dans les fiches produits.

Leider ist die Übersetzungsfunktion von Shopify für international agierende Shops stark eingeschränkt. Auch wenn Shopify verschiedene Sprachen unterstützt, kann man die Inhalte für unterschiedliche Märkte nicht individuell anpassen. In meinem Fall möchte ich z.B. in Deutschland „Kostenloser Versand ab 100€“ anzeigen und für den Rest Europas kostenlosen Versand erst ab 150€ anbieten. Die Übersetzungs-App erlaubt es jedoch nur, diese Information auf der Standardseite zu bearbeiten, was länderspezifische Anpassungen unmöglich macht. Das beeinträchtigt die Klarheit und die Kundenerfahrung. Es wäre großartig, wenn Shopify hier mehr Flexibilität bieten würde!
