Had plenty of issues in the beginning but I reached out to the customer service and they solved the issue within 10 minutes, One tip is to don't forget to synch the shopify markets with the app! Other wise the translation woun´t appear! Thanks to Ingrid J!!!!

I’m from 8849tech.com, a best-selling brand of rugged, waterproof projector phones and tablets.I’ve tried many translation plugins—some were too expensive, while cheaper ones didn’t work well.This one is the most affordable I’ve found that actually works great, with no complicated setup and fast customer support.There was a small issue—the price displayed with a “-” sign—but their developer fixed it very quickly. I’ve been using it for about six months now, and it’s been excellent.

After trying Shopify’s native solution and two other translation apps, we still couldn’t achieve a truly complete translation, especially across dynamic areas and after-login/customer-only pages. Hextom was the first tool that genuinely allowed us to finish the job.

What made the difference is the flexibility of the workflows: Visual Editor, “All translations”, Custom Translation, and Excel import/export. Combining these approaches, we were able to translate everything, including cart-related and after-login strings, and the final result is now fully consistent across languages.

Support was also excellent. Ingrid took the time to understand the exact scenarios, reviewed recordings, explained the Visual Editor limitation with login sessions clearly, and pointed us to the right workaround. That clarity saved us a lot of time when we were already deep in execution mode.

One note for other merchants: don’t judge an app only by the number/quality of reviews. Some tools simply do the job better, and this was one of those cases. We’re happy customers.

You buy credit and they will make them disappear and play dump for you to buy again , if you count what you pay for you will see the scam in this app

Pay for a plan and then not have the monthly limit until 1.5 month later , so you pay 1.5 -2 months worth of limits to get half what you pay for

Daily it will disconnect from the Website, keep sending to another URLs language, app plugin itself will stop working and shows error or not loading at all .. disaster that causing me to lose sales daily

In contact with Shopify to officially report the app , highly questionable

Incomprehensible, no direct support only via email, you pay for a program that tries to translate, and then they charge you a high credit. Disappointing
