Karen provided us an excellent support experience. Its a pretty useful app because it combines the new native language features of shopify with automatical translations, but also the option to translate by yourself.

This app is super easy to use!! They provide videos to help you out if you need further assistance.

The app is easy to use even in the free version, and the support team is highly responsive. Recommended.

Es una aplicación muy intuitiva, es muy parecido como traducir con Trados. En unos pocos días pude hacer la traducción de toda la página.

Easy to use. On a very good path to become excellent. I'm still missing a better workflow for manual translations (for the languages I know well and want to tweak the wording). For example, easier way to deal with formatted text since not all texts get the rich text editor; more than 5 items on a single page; group by product instead of a random list; etc.

It looks good, it is easy to use and the most important thing is the customer service. Man, they are fast when it comes down to solving an issue. If you need a translation app....use this one. Highly recommended.
