Absolutely delighted and so proud of our partnership with Tree Nation! A really fast and easy way to do something good for our planet as a company. The installation took all of 30 seconds and it is up and running on our Shopify site. Our clients love it too! Amélie and her team are incredibly efficient and communicative. Downloaded this with a lot of hope but can't get it to work even after following all the instructions correctly! Angelica reached out to us on 26th Aug, we replied back same day requesting help...4 days on, no response. What is the point of reaching out to us and then not responding to our help request???

I lost my account when I open a new store, at the beginning it work great but suddenly I lost all my data. try to ask people to assist and no customer service
I Feel upset.

great app and great idea. But how can I prevent customer data from being passed on to you. I want all of my customers to remain anonymous and not keep e-mails either

UTTERLY AWESOME. I have had this running for less than 24 hours. I have set up my website to be carbon neutral and set up the site so every guitar sold sends an invite for my customer to plant a tree in my forest. Its just wonderful - and it makes me feel worthwhile - I feel like I am actually doing something. THANK YOU.

App doesn't even open. Mad because I paid to preload some trees before realizing the app doesn't launch to initiate setup. I've tried multiple browsers on multiple different days.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We are currently working on this bug. Indeed the issue is right at the beginning in establishing the first connection. Once past this, there are no issues. So we have a work-around to avoid this bug and let you connect to our system. We are sending you an email right now with instructions. And there is no problem to reimburse you if you prefer. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Once you follow the new process we are sending you, you will see our system works well.
