I love this app and most of my sales from my store come from Trendsi. I can count on giving my customers good shipping times. The customer support is top notch. I reached out on messenger on their facebook group and within a minute I had a response from Maria who helped me with questions from tech to sizing questions. Thank you!

Gretel was quick and prompt helping me with my questions about fulfilling orders from trendsi.
It threw me for a loop when clients couldn't check out with trendsi products..... I realized trendsi makes your default address their location for fulfillment. In doing so, you need to create a new shipping rate for your default address even though the items technically are not shipping from there.
This totally solved my problem and clients were able to check out.

My rep Angelo was great. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Only thing I could mention is quicker response times. Although, that could be system delay that's out of a rep's control.

Lee @ Trendsi was such a delight to work with! She helped me solve my issue in a matter of seconds and it was actually a user error so I appreciate her for being so kind, patient and helpful. Trendsi is an awesome app and store and I absolutely love that they have 24/7 support thus creating a wonderful experience for customers. Lee was friendly and nice as I contacted her at 2 am in the morning to help with a problem. I definitely recommend Trendsi for your clothing needs!
