I am rather knew to the dropshipping! I had a few questions that I was unsure of and needed to speak with someone from Trendsi in order to get the information correct that I needed. I was able to have the pleasure of speaking with Raymart who was able to help answer my questions! I am excited to see how Trendsi will work with me!

I have been using this app for a few weeks and so far I have not had any trouble getting my orders processed. They are shipped out pretty quickly from the US warehouse. I did have a bit of a concern with an item that did not ship as quickly and it seems that it was being shipped from China. I contacted someone through chat support and Chen guided me through the details of the order in question and also showed me how to filter out products depending on where they're located. Chen was able to give me the status of the item and told me it should be shipped within the guaranteed time frame (from China), so I would be able to tell my customer it should be there soon.
So far, Trendi has been fairly easy to use and customer support has been great. Thanks Chen!

I love these guys! while i've had a couple minor issues they are quick to fix the problem and to respond. If it wasn't for the delayed shipping on an item due to the shut down in china I'd give 5 stars. Hazel was a great help! I look forward to growing with them. Updating my review b/c this customer service is the best!
