No tracking number available for more than 4 days. My Clients REQUEST IT and I dont know how to explain that a simple order take too time to create a simple tracking number... you have to UPDATE your system, just create from day 1 a tracking number, create a step by step process that my Client can follow... I am pretty upset

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this app. While their customer service & chat function is extremely helpful and the chat agents are nice, the shipping times are insanely slow. I ordered a test order from my website after connecting Trendsi to test how it works and how long shipping would be. I wanted to see what my customers would experience before promoting my store. I would not recommend this app; I had several issues with customers because of slow processing times. Also, the product costs are relatively high which leaves you with a very little profit margin

Price doesn't import in anything but USD - be aware... which led me to the next problem. There's no way to push pricing rules throughout your store to already added products.
