Mary was very helpful in answering my questions regarding API integration with Trendsi for returns. Unfortunately Trendsi does not yet have this capability. Mary has also offered to take this suggestion to management which was also very helpful. We're looking to automate returns with a product such as Return Prime:Order Returns app. Thanks Mary.

Gretel was quick and prompt helping me with my questions about fulfilling orders from trendsi.
It threw me for a loop when clients couldn't check out with trendsi products..... I realized trendsi makes your default address their location for fulfillment. In doing so, you need to create a new shipping rate for your default address even though the items technically are not shipping from there.
This totally solved my problem and clients were able to check out.

The support is 5 star (Gretle, Mia, Lhirose, and Raymart) and have always had all the answers to my questions, and have helped out a TON.
Why not 5 stars? I think there needs to be adjustments to their collections (seeing new imported products before sending to Shopify on the Collections list), or the ability send a new collections from Trendsi to Shopify, and the collection is created in Shopify

I ordered a sample in order to see how fast it would take to receive my order and to see the package and quality of products. For the most part, I'm pleased with the products. I did receive one item almost 4 days sooner than the others and packaging is not consistent. The first item came in a brown envelope and the others came in a pink envelope. I reached out via app to inquire about it and unfortunately there's no way to request a particular packaging but hopefully they will stick with white or brown. Audrey was helpful and professional in responding to my inquiry. She stated that pink was what's available for the month. Please stick with white or neutral color as to not clash with branding.
