Excellent customer service! I have spoken to Raymart several times as I am just establishing my store and website. He was extremely helpful and very kind. This is about customer service since my store isn't launched yet. Customer service has been very helpful helping me with all my questions. Lorie answered my chat questions within seconds.
I had an issue getting on the app and uploading my documents. Earlier Saturday morning and Chette was so helpful and quickly had me ordering samples with ease.

I am just starting my dropshipping business with Trendsi. I have had to contact customer support a few times with my questions and someone always gets back to me on chat very quickly. Yesterday I needed help getting my shipping set up in Shopify and Dave from Trendsi went above and beyond to help me out. It's scary to do it by yourself and the support you get from Trendsi makes it so much easier and you don't feel so alone!
