I use this app to ship products to my customers and I love that they are very transparent. I received great service from Lee. She assured me that even though my order was delayed by a few days and a refund was submitted to me, my customer would still receive the products. Awesome way to do business. Trendi customer service agent was very quick and answered all the questions . Agents are very knowlegeable and helpful.
