I am brand new - literally just got my first order! I was confused about shipping and jumped on a chat with Mia. She spent time answering all of my questions (and I had a lot). I never felt rushed or that my questions were a waste of her time. She was kind & patient. Great first impression of Trendsi, for sure!

I like Trendsi because they are super easy to use. Unlike many other drop shippers where you have to do numerous steps in order to incorporate their items into your store(s), which isn't the case with Trendsi. I needed assistance, because I wasn't able to add items to my stores. I went to the chat option and a rep by the name of Lee quickly determined what the issue was, advised me on what to do, I did what she recommended, and it fixed the issue. Their prices aren't too bad either. I would recommend them as a drop shipper.

Added note: I wish I could know from experience what the shipping turnaround is when customers place orders, but from what I have seen from other reviews it doesn't seem that long. So, I am hoping the same with my customers as well.
