I just started using Trendsi for my business within the last 24 hours but the process has been super easy and seemless. Payments processed right away. I contacted the customer service chat and spoke with Gretle she was PHENOMENAL answered all my questions and helped with everything I needed. I've been very happy with Trendsi so far. The only downside is that shipping isn't as fast as my customers would like since the products are coming from overseas. The quality of the clothing has been good and customer service is extremely helpful. I spoke with Gretle today and she was the best!

I contacted Customer Service because one of my customers received the incorrect item. Gretle was very helpful and friendly. I was advised that the issue would be handled within 24-48 hours. I would like to be back in a few days to say that it all worked out!
