Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

I use Trendsi for new products in my Shopify Store. Everything has been outstanding. Only a couple of times did I have to contact support and they are right there to help. Listen Trendsi is the most reliable, easy setup, no payment required, great product site I have come across, and honestly do not need any other platform. Customer Service Agent Charmaine is totally professional, fast, honest, and a great helper. Charmaine assist me with all my questions and took the time to assist me with products. Honestly, Charmaine should get a Raise. However, if you looking for a dropshipping platform for fashion products and other products you should just drop anyone you have and come here to Trendsi, and if you do not then it's your loss cause my customers love my clothing products. I'm telling you it's a waste of time going anywhere else especially since most products come from China and you have LLLLLLLOOOONNNNGGGG SHIPPINGGGGGG and the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS and we all know customers do not like that and will ask for a REFUND which makes your company look bad, So like I said drop, all those other platforms and sign up with TRENDSI so you can get GREAT FASHION PRODUCTS, FAST SHIPPING, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO CARE. When I started my business I needed product to start my business and didn’t want traditional Drop shipping due to quality and shipping time issues. A friend told me about Trendsi. I ordered a few products to test and was pleased with what I had ordered. I will say that the products shipping from the USA seem to be better quality in my experience. So I always search their USA inventory. Their customer service is fast to respond as well and that a huge plus! Gretle and many others have been very helpful and responsive in any situation. So thank you Trendsi! You are helping me grow until I can get my own brand!!

I’ve been using this app for months now. They have beautiful clothes and from the samples I’ve gotten and feedback from my influencers, everything is great quality especially the bandage and bodycon dresses which I primarily sell. Shipping has been pretty quick except for a few items I was told didn’t pass quality control so it took longer. Thankfully those were for my influencers and not customers. I’ve dealt with Hazel, Gretle and Chette, all are very helpful and respond promptly. I just made my first sale and Hazel helped me with questions I had about the fulfillment. I’m thankful to have found this app, it’s made opening my store so much smoother!

I've just added the app, so my experience is limited, however I was extremely impress with Jaylene who spent time with me in a zoom meeting explaining all about the company and the app and also Gretle was so very helpful in answering questions in chat and helping me set up a meeting with Jaylene. So if customer service is any indication of performance and I think it is, Trendsi is going to be the Best thing I've found so far in Shopify! I'll keep you updated!
