I haven’t started actually using the app yet as I’m in set up phase still, but it looks very easy to use and the products are great from what I can see. My 5 star rating is for customer service.
I actually deleted the app because I’m still working out what type of products to sell. To my surprise I had 2 emails from Sherwin (the Co-Founder) asking if he could assist me in anyway which led to a 45 min zoom call, which really helped to put in that human touch. I explained my concerns and He was very friendly and helpful, which gave me the confidence to install the app again. Thanks again Sherwin

I've just started using Trensi for my online women's boutique and the clothes are super cute! They also have a warehouse in the USA so the shipping times are a lot faster than aliexpress. Hazel was very helpful in answering all of my many questions and definitely made me feel at ease using this app. I highly recommend!
Update: Allan is very helpful when using the chatbox if you every have any questions!

This app helped my boutique soooo much! The clothes have been great. Anything made in the USA has been as pictured and ships in 2-5 business days direct to the customer for only $5. Id say 90% of the items coming from china have been as pictured. The only bummer is the long shipping times which has been anywhere between 8 to 14 business days. Be sure to make this CLEAR in your descriptions and to your customers. I am so happy with the customer service, I really can't say enough of how well they have handled any and all issues. I have doubled the amount of money I made compared to when I was purchasing everything myself and reselling it. I did lose a little bit of control of my pretty packaging and thank you notes but its been worth it!

I just discovered this app and it really have great inventory . Not only that, their customer service is excellent too. I had reach out to them several times and Audrey,Pearl and Gretle are all very down to earth to help me.
