Really great company and customer service team. Had an issue today where a customer didn't receive an item they purchased. Although the team confirmed it was sent, they wanted to right by my customer. They issued a refund and I reordered the item. Great customer service will always win in my book. Thank you Mia for your help!

Thank you Anya for helping us patiently through the on-boarding process. Much Appreciated. One suggestion would be if Shipping Profiles in Shopify could be created automatically. Also, if Trendsi could publish a master list of product tags, it would be very helpful.

I love Trendsi! The fashion is always on trend and ALWAYS new and exciting! Customer Service Assistants Mia, Allan & Gretle, along with others, are always very professional, kind and thorough in assisting anything I need - and no long waits like other chats!
