I had a question about my Shopify website pages/navigation organization and how to add Trendsi's created collections via individual web pages/tabs without the Trendsi name showing on my site.
I had the pleasure of emailing with Lee from Tendsi's Support Team who was exceptional at the task of explaining to me what I needed from the Shopify side and helped me to clearly understand how to obtain the desired changes/additions to my existing online Shopify store. When I thought my investment was a Sunk Cost and wasted, Lee took the extra time to help me understand that that was not the case and that I could get the desired web navigation via Shopify's Support Team; that this could be done without negative configuration impacts when making future attempts to add new merchandise from Trendsi, and with only showing my Store Name. Thank you again, Lee!

BY FAR the best dropshipping experience on the web. Trendsi not only has fantastic product imaging, a consistent drop schedule and personalized branded packaging, but their support team is amazing. I interact regularly with their support people and they are always quick, kind and extremely helpful which is not the case with most retailers! I am new to drop shipping and so far, this has been the easiest to use. I have my first site running (www.habiliment.shop) with a range of items. Once I received my first order, Maria was super helpful ensuring that the brand would be translated with packaging. Also, customer service was helpful in walking me through my first order. Hopefully there is a long term business relationship starting.

I had a few glitches integrating the app, but customer service fixed the issue and I was able to add the products to my store. The product selection is top notch and the brand collaborations will make scaling the store a breeze. Fast US based shipping , competitive prices and free to install. Who can ask for more?
