The customer service is always A+ at Trendsi. I once had an issue with a shipped item and they sent the correct item pronto. The recent issue I had, Mia helped me sooo much. She sent a demo on how to correct the shipping rates issue I had. When we found that it was something else, she explained to me the details of how its possible. And.... she answered every question and explained every detail with a smile. They are truly awesome. They carry quality products and have quality service. Couldn't ask for more.☺

The easiest way to dropship, hands down. I started my first website and loved the selection of Trendsi's products, and decided to go with jewelry. They have professional, consistent product images and prices are fantastic too. It is SO simple to add products to your website, and I have hundreds of items for sale and never had to create a single product listing (product listings are so tedious and not something I enjoy doing). You can control the price of the item, but they integrate onto your website with the suggested retail price which was perfect for me, and their website is extremely easy to navigate and use. I had my first order a few days ago, and was able to fulfil my order right away because it all is integrated so the order was already on Trendsi. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

It was my first time of talking to them via the live chat on their chatbox. The response was swift and Lee attended to me. Her responses to my questions was helpful and she answered my questions, she is a very good person and I really Appreciate her time and honesty. I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience using Trendsi. Lots if selection, super simple process adding products and processing orders. Allan and Raymart were extremely helpful and prompt answering my question through support!
