I had some trouble understanding few points on the currency issue, Tax, Inventory, Bulk order and when i was connected to Gretle, Gretle was so patience on clearing my doubts and helped me understand it. I thought the drop-shipping process would be problematic especially when it comes to following up on my customers orders. The Customer Service I received from Gretle to my surprise was phenomenal. She promptly answered all my questions regarding the customer order and when should they expect to received their order.

I don't even know where to start. They have all the resources and information available, along with having live chat reps to always help if you have any questions. Angelo, Mia, Lhirose, and Gretta specifically helped me out when I had a few questions, and was very knowledgeable when answering them. I highly recommend using Trendsi. I could go on and on. Their products offered are top notch too. Going to stop myself here, but definitely encourage you install !!
