So far my experience with this app has been really good. Their merchandise is good quality at awesome wholesale prices. I received quick responses from customer service about an inquiry. My only complaint is that the shipping takes a little long.

However, we are working on stocking more US items as we speak so you can choose our 2-5 business days domestic products instead. If there are any orders that take longer than the 5-10 business days guarantee shipping time, please reach out to our 24/7 customer support so we can look into the cause of the delay for you. I primarily use Trendsi because they are a free dropshipper. They offer more than even the paid ones do - photos, customer service (shout out to Gretle!), online community support through the Facebook group. Margins aren't great, but they are still perfect for me as I am just starting my boutique. I have no overhead, and I can focus on creating my brand while using their warehouse & marketing materials. Sometimes shipping is super slow, yes. And sometimes there are quality check problems, but overall, I am very happy with Trendsi. I give 4 stars and not 5 because of all the bumps along the way. But I believe in Trendsi and the amazing people who run it and it'll be a powerhouse here very soon. They take boutique owners opinions very seriously and are always pivoting to make things better. I really like the layout when you add the items to the store. I love that you include the measurements of the clothing.
I would love to see more trendy items that you would normally see on Fashion Nova and Forever 21. I would also like to see more trendy denim options as well.

I found Trendsi a few months ago, I have been navigating my way thru learning the app and getting items to my store. There are a few minor issues with missing information that applies to certain selling platforms, but, overall I like the app. I like the variety of product and the picture quality is great. I had to chat with customer service today about an upload issue and Anya was very helpful in helping me understand the issue I was having. Although, the issue itself seems a bit restrictive and could be expanded upon. I was attempting to upload one of my collections, but due to many variants with the products, it put me over the 1000 limit for the day with very few products listed on my site. I was under the impression the limit was per product, not per variant of each product as well. All in all still like the app and Anya was very helpful.

Regarding the upload limit, it seems that you encountered a restriction when trying to upload one of your collections. The limit of 1000 uploads per day can include variants of each product, which might not have been clear to you initially. It's understandable that this limitation could be a bit restrictive, especially if you have many variants for your products.

Had a problem with setting up Trendsi Store but Charmaine took care of what I needed. Support was very good.
This is an update since I can't seem to leave another review. However had a question on Inventory syncing which Gretle took care off right away. Good customer support.
