I'm new to Trendsi- with dropshipping... So I had a few hiccups, or problems and reached out to chat support. When I tell you Mia the chat support person walked me through everything I needed... I can truly say a lot of good things about this company. I don't have one complaint. They go above and beyond on customer service; their products are sensational and high quality. I had an issue with custom packaging and CZAR went above and beyond to solve all my problems. Looking for spectacular clothes and excellent customer service this is the company for you. I was having some issues setting up shipping on my Shopify account to link with Trendsi until Raymart helped me out. He did such a great job explaining, I felt compelled to write a review. Raymart made the process easy, giving me screenshots with arrows which explained exactly what to do. I feel more confident now with the shipping set up all thanks to him. My store is now ready for customers.

I was having some issues today with my TikTok Shop. Being pretty new to ecomm, I jumped the gun a bit and thought, since Trensdi has been amazing integrating into my Shopify store that everything would integrate the same with my TT Shop. I quickly learned after an order was placed that wasn't so much the case. I hit the chat button in a panic thinking I wouldn't get a response; Being after business hours. Maria quickly picked up the chat. She was such a breath of fresh air, helping me understand better and walking me through what I needed to do on my TT Shop. She also sent me some pointers on what to do when I get orders through there instead of my Shopify site. She truly saved my day. Kudos to Maria!!!
