They are very quick to respond to emails and chats dealing with questions and orders. I spoke with Harold on their chat and he did not waste any time cordially, answering all of my questions. Trendsi has an amazing and superb customer support base. a very short time with Anya and she answered all my questions with regards to return and refund policy. Her response were instant and very much helpul. She seems to have a working knowledge of Trendsi.
