Hi, I am new to trendsi, I just recently launched items to my shopify store. I had a question about an order that had not been fulfilled. I emailed customer support and received a response from Raymart. He was very descriptive in his explanation of the processes and even sent me examples of where to find different filters. Trendsi support helped us get started adding our products and correctly setting our shipping rates. My support person Dave was very helpful and quick to respond. Hopefully we won't need to contact support too often but if we ever have to we know it would be resolved quickly.
