Had few concerns about the shipping and returns policy but Mia at the customer service did resolved the issue in no - time. I am loving this app and the customer service 10/10!!

Gretle was amazing! I had all kinds of issues that delayed my response to her instructions and she showed total patience. I am a new business and I still have a learning curve, so it's great to know Trendsi is so responsive and supportive.

I really love all the products on Trendsi and how straightforward everything is. But my favorite thing has to be the customer service. They are ALWAYS there to help you within minutes. A Trendsi agent, Allan, just helped me with 3 questions and answered everything in under 10 minutes. It's stellar customer service. Really love this platform :)

Jac was great in helping me figure out how to proceed with an order that had an out of stock item. He was very patient with this newbie and it was greatly appreciated! I have also now been helped by Miles and Gretle, and they have been such great help with any issues that have come up. Great attitudes, super friendly, and very helpful.
