Trendsi has great reps working for them. Russete Garcia helped me a ton with all of my questions. There was some things I needed clarification on and she kindly helped me understand everything and patiently worked with me. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend Trendsi :)

I was initially hesitant to rely on dropshipping to fulfill my clothing boutique orders, but Trendsi has definitely allayed my fears! The speed of shipping has exceeded my expectations. More than that though, I have received immediate assistance, even after hours, from their helpful staff. For example, I had an order come through tonight (Saturday at 9:15pm). I emailed to fix an address issue and Gretle responded within minutes. Kudos to the entire staff! If you’re thinking of giving dropshipping a go, this is the app you need!

I love Trendsi so much, they are helpful and the product is amazing. Lori from customer service was the best in helping me change an address on an order.

I recently was confused about an order I thought it was sent to the wrong address somehow but Chette from customer service was helpful in explaining the process. Thank you again Chette.

I've been using Trendsi exclusively for over a year now. No complaints here. Customer service is always helpful. Mary especially! Whenever I have a question or need help, CS is quick to respond. Highly recommend!

I've been using Trendsi for a couple of months. As a new seller, Trendsi has been exceedingly helpful to me. Their FAQ and guidelines are easy to follow. The tech support is phenomenal. Most recently Gretle helped me with a TikTok Integration question, and she was great to work with. She was patient with my questions and provided the guidance I needed in understandable terms. She was also friendly and efficient. Trendsi has been the best app I've used with Shopify.

I am very unhappy with the experience I've had with Trendsi. Although Trendsi provides 24hr representatives, they are not at all helpful or familiar with their own catalog. Terms and conditions change often, and as a small business owner, this is difficult to keep up with. I received several orders from TikTok through my connected store and each order was automatically cancelled. The products come from China (it would be cheaper to find the same products on Aliexpress or Alibaba), so the shipping times are 2 to 3 weeks minimum. I requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor's only communication was to copy and paste their new terms. When I emailed her back to ask if there were any US products in their inventory available similar to what was order so that I did not miss the entire sale, I did not receive a response or any effort to rectify the problem. This is not a good dropshipping company and the advertisements are misleading. Small businesses beware.

This category complies with TikTok's shipping policy, offering faster shipping times. We highly encourage you to consider adding these verified items to your TikTok shop instead.
