I've been using Trends for my store for a couple of months now and so far I haven't had any glitches. They're very communicative in terms of shipping dates and delays that might occur and offer other solutions for your store. Angelo helped answer all my questions about the delay due to Chinese New Year. So far a good experience.

Love this !Trendsy has amazing clothing that could wish there wasen't that much sold outs im happy that could fill my boutique. I just have my first order from trendsy and this lovely girl name Gretle help me on how to fulfill an order. LOVE IT TO MUUUCHHHH!

I like Trendsi platform, it's easy and the chat for help is quick and easy. Gretie helped me resolve a problem in minutes, fast response. I notice the inventory has increased with different items. I love working with them.

The Trendsi app works flawlessy with my Shopify store, which makes everything so much easier. Especially if you are new to ecommerce and feel a bit overwhelmed by the task ahead. Any questions i`ve had along the way has been answered and followed up by their excellent customer service. I`ve so far spoken to Lee and Karen, and they have helped me out tremendously. Also if you have a question they answer you and help you out immediately which is very reassuring to know.
Edit: July 10th 2023. I have now had my shopify store for 1,5 years, and Trendsi has been with me all the way. I will say it again, their customer service and support is second to none. No matter what the issue has been, Trendsi has always helped me out. Today I will like to give a shout out to Mia who helped me out recently. Her help and the backing of Trendsi in difficult cases is what in the end gives you satisfied customers. Thank You!
