Despite launching in New Zealand and Australia, Trendsi didn't think of adding a product size chart in the metric system to their products, which means that you have to manually change every product page to add your own size chart. This is because the size charts are different for each product as they are based on the product measurements. Hopefully that will be fixed soon, as it will put off NZ and Oz businesses from using the app.
You would have thought Trendsi would add this feature before launching a business in those countries?
Anya, their customer service representative was lovely though and really helpful 10/10

I just started setting up my new website and have been using Trendsi to import items to my site. I had some questions and Chette really helped me answer all of my questions as a new customer. She was not in a rush and she explained everything in detail. This experience gave me more confidence using Trendsi dropship service.

Harold was exceptional (and fast to respond) and the problem with the store not connecting to the products was resolved and quickly with his great communication! I can only say that the support was very impressive and should I need anything in the future, I would not hesitate to ask!

full transparency, i just started using Trendsi today. However it's clear that they have a great selection and beautiful layout that's simple to use.. I am very happy with Trendsi. They have a lot of natural fiber clothing and the support help with Dave/Raymart and others is over the top great. Highly recommend!
