I am still new to dropshipping, but so far, Trendsi has been a very positive experience. I was nervous when I read reviews that several of the items go out of stock quickly, but I have found that you just need to look into the items before publishing them and strategically make your content around the items that have high stock. Every issue I have run into, Gretle has helped me resolve or given me the answer to within 15 minutes or less, so I can speak highly to their customer support. I have made a couple sales and I am excited to see how far I can go with the app. I would recommend this business model to new business owners looking to start a business but not looking for a big investment, and I think the reviews for this platform speak for themselves- you just have to be willing to put in the time!

okay why don't more people use this for their dropshipping? it's SOOO easy and imports super nice descriptions and it's US based!! Lourie responded to my chat question late at night within 15 seconds!!

I love using Trendsi! They have made everything so easy and their products are great. Any time I have had any questions Raymart, Chette & Czar have been so wonderful and so helpful with walking me through everything step by step. Excellence customer service!

I reached out to Trendsi for a question with an order. It took some time to figure it out, but it was figured out. With the exceptional help from Czar, I was able to get the answers I needed. Response time was quick and satisfactory.

Raymart was an amazing help when I couldn't get into my account. He was very fast and was bale to solve my problem in less then 5 minutes. Also extremely polite and asked if I needed more help. Excellent customer service

So far Trendsi has been AMAZING. I have spoken to several reps at this company and all have been wonderful, especially Raymart. The helpful tips and suggestions to better my experience has made all the difference. I haven't had to wait more than 30 min for an email reply yet. This kind of customer service is unheard of in today's world. They deserve 5 Stars across the board in all areas, especially syncing to my Shopify account. It is the easiest process out of all the other dropshippers I have used. I do hope in the near future they add more product's to their accessory area as well as SHOES! Not much of a selection on either and that would be a major plus for my business because I like to stick with 1 company instead of going with several people. I cannot wait to see how far I go in the online boutique industry using Trendsi.
