Loving Trendsi and all the reps (including Harold, Mia, Whitney, Hazel, and Karen). For a newer company they are working hard with all our best interests in mind and rectifying any issues quickly. Great community! Highly recommend. Edited to add that today 3/15 I was assisted by Gretle who quickly looked into my issue and provided work-around solutions to meet my needs. She was a pleasure to deal with as well! Love all of customer care!

Thank you Anya for helping us patiently through the on-boarding process. Much Appreciated. One suggestion would be if Shipping Profiles in Shopify could be created automatically. Also, if Trendsi could publish a master list of product tags, it would be very helpful.

I love Trendsi! The fashion is always on trend and ALWAYS new and exciting! Customer Service Assistants Mia, Allan & Gretle, along with others, are always very professional, kind and thorough in assisting anything I need - and no long waits like other chats! They are available 24/7 and very responsive at any time of the day. I would (and have) recommend Trendsi for dropshipping anytime! Trendsi is a company I admire and have watched develope tremendously since I joined. Good on you Trendsi - Keep going strong!

My SIL and I are just now starting our shop together, we found trendsi and are excited to see how well it works for us! I got some samples in and the quality is great!
I also had some questions and got in contact with Mia. She was friendly and super helpful!
So far, I only have positives about trendsi!

When it comes to apps, this one is a gem. Trendsi's integration is 10 out of 10, so simple, and everything is taken care of automatically. We love this app, a true set-it-and-let-it-do-its-thing. We get great quality products that our customers love so that we can focus on them. Charmaine is so great and very helpful. Trendsi is the complete package, with live support, email updates, and the different syncing that gets done is perfect. We can't say enough. We have used several other apps in the past, and Trendsi bets then, hands down.

I used this app as my main supplier for womens clothing and I love how it integrated so easily with shopify, making it super simple to add products to my website. Also my support with Trensi, agent Chette, was fast and very helpful. I highly recommend this app.

Needed to contact support today in regards to product photos not linking correctly and Vince went above and beyond in getting to the bottom of this for me. As it turns out, it was an issue with the layout of photos within my Shopify store, and not with Tendsi. Vince even went so far as to assist me in the explanation of the issue to Shopify support. Thanks again for all your help!
